Property Management

Starting out

One of our Property Managers will meet with you to discuss your needs and expectations.


Renting

Once you have signed the managing agency agreement we will implement the marketing strategy and the Property Manager will begin actively marketing your properties to potential tenants. We ensure that all people inspecting your North Cyprus property are escorted by a member of our team. We will provide you with the opportunity to meet any prospective tenants should you wish to do so.

Managing

We can provide either a letting only service or a full management service. Whichever service you choose, we will strive to ensure the whole process is as straightforward, trouble free and cost effective as possible.

If you select the full management service, the properties will be managed day-to-day by one of our specialist property management teams. They will take care of all maintenance work, rent reviews, tenant management and any other issues relating to your North Cyprus properties. They will communicate with you regularly and be your principal point of contact.

Communicating

You will receive statements, up to twice quarterly, from our Property Management team. These keep you up-to-date on the status of your investment. As part of our letting and full management service, we will collect the rents due and pass them on to you in accordance with the agreement between us. This will usually be by payment direct to your bank account. The payment will be made to you as soon as possible after receipt.
