There are several different services:

A full construction management service which includes regular detailed progress reports, progress meetings with your builder or developer and supporting photos provided to you. We follow the progress of your North Cyprus property from conception to completion, addressing any problems in a proactive manner to prevent potential problems later on.

A final snagging survey to identify any building defects - a full written report is produced together with supporting photos which is handed to your builder. A final follow up survey is carried out when we have been informed by your builder that all has been rectified.

A comprehensive hand over service designed for people unable to take possession of their property when it has been completed. This involves signing off the property with the developer and arranging the transfer of utilities and related registrations into the new owner’s name.
